Return/Replacement Policy

File return request process is very simple. Login to your account. Use the following steps:  My order >> Return Request

  • You can place return request within 7 days of order delivery. However, in case of damaged/ missing products / color change you can filed within 2 days of delivery.
  • Return request will be reviewed by us before approval.
  • If required, request will be shared with the merchant for his/her approval.
  • After approval, pickup of the products will be arranged through our courier partners.
  • If our reverse service is not applicable on your city, you have to dispatch the products and return merchant. Courier charge will be reimbursed by us. 
  • After product received, we will verify your claim against products, Then your products replacement or refund will initiate by us. Please not replacement would be depend upon the stock availability with the respective merchant.

Return or replacement are accepted under the following cases:

  • Wrong item ordered or delivered.
  • Wrong color/size/style of product.
  • Unsatisfactory products- Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired.
  • Defective products- Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s warranty.)
  • Wrong quantity- missing parts.
  • Damaged product- physical damaged/tempered product.

Returns/ Replacement requests will not accepted if:

  • Products are altered or used.
  • Rreturned without original packaging (price tags, labels & accessories).
  • serial number tampered.
  • For defective product that is covered under manufacturer/seller’s warranty, report within 7 days after delivery.
  • Damage or missing products/ parts report within 2 days of delivery after 2 days it will be not liable for replacement.
  • If product sold under specific promotions, Detail would be mentioned in product page.

Any products that is labeled as not-returnable in its items detail page then item is not eligible for reterns / replacement.

  • Once your request regarding return an approved, pick up process will be start. After return approval we send you mail that your product is confirm for return.
  • Our courier person will come on delivery address. 
  • Returning product should not be used/altered/tampered. Also keep original price tag & packing slip mentioning order number, delivery address on the package before handing over the courier person.
  • Keep the courier company’s receipt for tracking purpose.

Note: Thankyoukart shall not be liable for any incidental defect/damage, like liquid leakage or mishandling etc.

  • If our reverse pick up service not available in your address, you have to dispatch your products and we will sent email, along with packaging instruction and required documents.
  • In case of self shipment, We will reimburse your courier charge( up to 100). You have to keep corier receipt and mention order number.
