Following documents require- (scan copy)

• Pan card (Personal PAN for business type “Proprietorship” and Personal + Business PAN for business type as “Company”).
• GSTIN/TIN number (in not mandatory for few product).
• Cancelled cheque.
• Address proof (Electricity Bill, Aadhaar Card, Telephone Bill, Ration Card, Bank A/c passbook, Voter id, Credit card statement, passport any one).
